Programme Manager - North Macedonia
WFD is looking for an exceptional
Programme Manager, with the relevant experience and skills, to support the
implementation and management (full programme cycle) from inception through to
final evaluation of its programmes in North Macedonia under WFDs Western Balkans (WB) programme.
Reporting to the Country Representative/Director and working with a small team, you will be tasked with; managing the implementation of various activities between WFD, political organisations, parliamentary groups, CSOs and other relevant stakeholders in the country and, if needed, the Western Balkans region.
In addition, you will support the implementation of the CSSF grant for North Macedonia. Take responsibility for budget management and monitoring and evaluation for our programmes, contribute to development of future business opportunities specifically for North Macedonia and the Western Balkans programme portfolio.
You will play a significant role in stakeholder management, leading on communicates with relevant institutions in North Macedonia and support the development and establishment of relationships within parliamentary and government institutions, political organisations and relevant stakeholders.
