Westminster Foundation for Democracy WFD is looking for an experienced Programme Administrative and Finance Assistant (PAFA) based in Tirana, Albania to support the implementation of WFD’s parliamentary strengthening programmes.

Programme Administrative and Finance Assistant (PAFA)
The Programme Administrator and Finance Assistant based in Tirana, Albania will assist in the implementation of WFD’s Western Balkans Democracy Initiative. This regional CSSF funded programme focuses on three components of work:
The PAFA plays a critical role in assisting the Country Representative, working closely with the head office in London and our stakeholders, in the management of financial and administrative procedures for programmes.

The Programme
WFD is implementing a CSSF
funded programme that operates in five countries: Albania, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, and Northern Macedonia and is coordinated
through a regional Western Balkans office based in Belgrade. In Albania, WFD works to strengthen democracy by
focusing on consolidating the democratization process of political parties,
promoting democratic parliamentary practices and strengthening other important
actors in the country. WFD encourages and supports peer-to-peer learning
between political parties, parliaments, MPs, and parliamentary staff, as well
as one-on-one mentoring, meetings, national workshops, regional seminars, and
international conferences.
